Refund policy

At TRM Lab Systems, we strive to provide you with high-quality laboratory furniture and exceptional customer service. We want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and satisfactory. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Returns for Defective Products: We accept returns for defective products only if they are due to a manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping. We do not accept exchanges.

  • Approval Requirement: All returns must be approved by TRM Lab Systems in writing in advance. Please contact us to request a return and receive authorization before sending back any items.

  • Return Request Timeframe: Return requests must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

  • Refund Method: TRM Lab Systems may elect to issue store credit against future orders rather than cash refunds. Store credits expire in six (6) months unless a waiver is applied and approved by TRM Lab Systems.
